Aroma
Appearance: warm rose pink with glistening reflections. Aroma: delicate scents of of rose, raspberry and cherry. Flavour: delicate fruity bubbles leave a lasting fresh sensation.
Tasting
Good as an aperitif or with food :can be enjoyed with white meats, mixed grills, fish, and all baccalà recipes. Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Best consumed within 12-18 months after bottling.
