Aroma
Appearance: intense red colour with bright purple reflections. Aroma: typically outlined by notes of cherry. Flavour: the grape’s natural sharpness is carefully softened through the winemaking process, making it easy to drink.
Tasting
The moderate alcohol level allows for generous gulps when combined with flavoursome red, white, or sausage meat dishes; in the summer this wine can compliment any dish, and is excellent with grilled meats and fish. Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. Best consumed within 12-18 months after bottling.
