Aroma

This Refosco is obtained by soft pressing of well ripe and healthy grapes. A good permanence on the skins and the subsequent fermentation at controlled temperature gives us a wine with an intense ruby red color. It is vinous, sapid and to the nose reminiscent of small berries, in particular raspberries and wild blackberries. Typically tannic, with good body, it has a dry and persistent aftertaste.

Tasting

It is ideal if accompanied by game, mature cheeses and roasts.
