Winemaking
Amarone Colderove comes from the drying of selected grapes. The following soft pressing and fermentation, at controlled temperature, precede the ageing in barriques.
Aroma
Quality grapes, wise and artisan workmanship combined with time, give rise to this nectar of great structure. Intense ruby color is full-bodied, very fruity. A good oxygenation before serving, enhances the various scents and hints such as morello cherry, tobacco, licorice and various spices.
Tasting
The palate is full and warm. Accompanies red meats, game and mature cheeses and good conversation.
