Winemaking
The grapes are harvested in mid-September and vinified in steel with soft pressing of the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C for 10-12 days, followed by maturation in steel and aging in the bottle.

White stll wine with mighty structure, smooth and wrapping taste sensations followed by intense and floral fragrance.
