Winemaking
After being dripped and pressed, the grapes undergo the process of maceration.
Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled tanks at 24°C and with selected yeast. After the malolactic fermentation wine is poured off and filtered.
Aroma
Ruby red, fruity, soft and well balanced.
Tasting
Serving temperature: 16 – 18° C. in a red wine glass.
